Terms and conditions

 Welcome to Detail Wolf. By booking or using any of our detailing services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling a service. 

1. Services Provided

 Detail Wolf offers professional auto detailing services, including but not limited to:

  • Exterior washing services
  • Interior cleaning and shampooing
  • Paint correction
  • Ceramic coatings
  • Engine bay cleaning
  • Headlight restoration

Service availability may vary by location and vehicle type.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
  • Please provide accurate vehicle information during booking.
  • Arrival windows are approximate; we will notify you of any delays.
  • The vehicle must be in a safe, accessible location for mobile services.

3. Vehicle Condition

  • The customer is required to disclose any pre-existing damages, issues, or modifications before the service.
  • Heavily soiled vehicles (excessive pet hair, mould, biohazards, etc.) may incur additional charges or require rescheduling.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle presents a health or safety hazard to our staff.

4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept [cash, credit/debit cards, digital payments].
  • Deposits may be required for certain services (e.g., ceramic coatings or large bookings).

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations for ceramic coating packages may incur a $100 cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We aim to provide the highest quality of service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed service.
  • Reasonable efforts will be made to address concerns or re-clean affected areas at our discretion.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Detail Wolf is not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage or wear (including paint, trim, upholstery, etc.)
    • Damage due to poor vehicle condition or prior repairs/modifications
    • Lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle
    • Issues resulting from aftermarket parts or improperly maintained vehicles

Customers are encouraged to remove all valuables prior to service.

8. Inclement Weather

  • In the case of severe weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will contact you promptly to arrange a new date.

9. Media Release

  • By using our services, you grant Detail Wolf permission to take before-and-after photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes (social media, website, etc.).

10. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is kept confidential and is used only for scheduling and communicating with you about your services.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

11. Modifications

  •  Detail Wolf reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
