Shipping Policy

General Shipping Information:

All orders are processed same day and shipped out the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified.

Delivery Options:

Standard Shipping: 2-6 Business Days

Express Shipping: 1-4 Business Days

Free delivery:

*Free shipping on orders over $99 for Australian residents only.

The following states in Australia are eligible for free shipping:

NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, NT, SA, TAS & WA

Refunds/Returns:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@detailwolf.com.au along with your contact details a photo of the damaged item so we can rectify the issue. Please note that all items are checked for damage prior to us sending them out for delivery.
